In 1976 the corporation was formed by 2 partners, Gene Klemenz & Frank Mathews Jr. to create the name Klemat Plumbing & Heating, Inc. Both partners were plumbers and members of Local #36. Because of our poor economic conditions and little commercial construction, the company concentrated on service and repair. With the growing consciousness toward ecology and fuel conservation, the company has grown in the direction of high efficiency and better designed mechanical systems.

In 1985 Klemenz was bought out and the corporation was owned totally by Mathews, and run by Frank and his wife Penny until selling to David Lancon in 1998.

Since then the corporation has become computerized, converted HVAC service to flat rate pricing, radio dispatched and has become an authorized Lennox dealer.

All of our employees are thoroughly tested to insure that we have a drug and alcohol free working environment.

The company specializes in service, repair, new installation of residential & commercial plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.

In December 1998, Frank Mathews sold the corporation to David Lancon. David has worked for the company since 1983 in HVAC service, installation and plumbing departments. David Lancon is now owner and President of the company. Frank Mathews has semi-retired but continues to hold Chairman of the Board position; does backflow preventor testing and consulting for the company.
